The agreement is made and is effective as of January 2017, between TELEVISIÓN AUTONÓMICA DE ARAGÓN, S.A.U. The agreement is made and is effective as of February 2017, between Television Autonomica De Aragon S.A.U.,  a company incorporated under the laws of Spain and having its registered office at Avenida Maria Zambrano 2, 50018 Zaragoza, Espana and New IT Venture (Distributor), concerning the distribution of the popular channel Aragón TV through NEW IT VENTURE IPTV Platform in Japan.

The agreement is made and is effective as of December 2016, between RTI S.p.A. ,  a company subject to direction and coordination of Mediaset S.p.A., incorporated under the laws of Italy (Registration No. 06921720154, P.I. (V.A.T.) 03976881007), having its registered offices in Largo Nazareno n. 8, 00187 Rome, Italy and New IT Venture (Distributor) concerning the distribution of popular Channels “Mediaset Italia” and “TGCOM24”  through NEW IT VENTURE IPTV Platform in Japan.

This agreement is made and is effective as of December 2016, between Continental Broadcasting Service Limited, a company incorporated in Nigeria having its registered office at No.1, Continental Way, Off CMD Road, Ikosi-Ketu, Lagos and New IT Venture (Distributor) concerning the re-transmission of the popular channel TVC News- Through African Eyes in New IT Venture IPTV Platform in Japan. New IT Venture's IPTV platfom -"NETTV IPTV" service has been officially launched with the top Internet Service Providers of Nepal – Worldlink and Vianet. With the internet connectivity from either of these two ISPs,  customer now can watch NETTV in their TV sets via NETTV Set Top Box.
